New Donations to the fund will be used to assist Clubs purchase Ozi Optis, allowing them to join many other Clubs of Australia conduct the Tackers Progam designed for 6-12 year old kids
Proceeds will be put forward to funding and supporting the new entry level “Tackers” kids learn to sail program in Queensland. Yachting Queensland would love to be in the position to purchase a number of new Ozi Opti’s, the dingy used by the “Tackers” program, to be given to clubs in which are short of funding or resources to run their own learn to sail programs or, to expand pre existing learn to sail opportunities.
In order to grow sailing we must continue to encourage new participation as well as support current participants and this cannot be done without your support!
To be eligible to claim a tax deduction, donations must be made payable to the Australian Sport Foundation fund (ASF) Project Number 209135, forms can be found through the Yachting Queensland Office or website www.qldyachting.org.au or most affiliated Sailing Clubs.
Thank you for your generous donations and we wish you the best of luck for the next financial year.
