Exemption from commercial licensing requirements for trainers and trainees in schools and sporting associations

This Marine Information Bulletin advises that Maritime Safety Queensland has gazetted an exemption that will affect teachers, trainers, students, trainees, coaches and volunteers involved with schools or sporting associations.
These individuals will now be exempted from commercial licensing requirements while engaged in these activities, subject to a number of conditions.
