2010 Sabot Development Camp

NOOSA YACHT & ROWING CLUB AND SOUTH QUEENSLAND SABOT ASSOCIATION In partnership with YACHTING QUEENSLAND have pleasure in inviting you to attend the 2010 Sabot Development Camp

Camp Content: The aims of the camp are to develop the sailing skills and knowledge of the Sabot sailors. The camp will be an intensive program covering key aspects of boat handling, rigging, regatta preparation, rules, tactics and protest room proceedings.

The camp is opened to all Sabot sailors both 1UP and 2UP’s and special groups for beginners are also included.

Venue:

The Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club is located in Chaplain Park, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville on the beautiful Noosa River.

The sailing course area is highly visible from the deck of the Clubhouse.

Accommodation: Behind the Clubhouse and only 3-4 minutes walk, without crossing any roads, is the Noosa Sea Scouts “Badgers Wood Campsite” and we have secured the camp bunkhouse.

Campsites are also available for families wanting to stay onsite at around $10.00 per person per night – Bookings essential through the Sea Scouts on (07) 5473-0028
