Southport Yacht Club 60th Open Day Sailpast

Southport Yacht Club will open its Main Beach Clubhouse doors to the public on Saturday September 2nd 2006 for its 60th Open Day Sailpast and Blessing of the Fleet ceremony.

The 60th boating season will open with live entertainment followed by a fleet of vessels sailing past in view of SYC’s Waterfront Café.

 

Those who dress up their boats for the parade will automatically go in the draw to win prizes for the best dressed vessel! – including CASH prizes.

 

Contact the Southport YC to organise you’re involvement in the Sailpast and the Blessing of your boat.

 

With plenty to participate in and to keep the children entertained, SYC’s Open Day will make for a great family day on the water.

 

We look forward to welcoming you to the Club’s 60th Boating Season whether onshore for lunch and entertainment of on show on the water!
