Trainee Sailing Instructor (12 month Scholarship)

The position of Trainee Sailing Instructor is a 12 month scholarship for a recent school-leaver.   

You will be taking an active hands-on role in preparing and delivering the theory and practical training sessions relating to sailing, maintaining training equipment and the Club’s training vessels, ensure the safety of trainees and others during training exercises and assisting in the coordination and running of all Training Centre events. In return, the Club will provide training in order for you to obtain a range of possible qualifications according to your own career aspirations.
